Dear Member ,
I am pleased to confirm that BT will be implementing the second stage of our 2-year pay review agreement; the full and final payment will commence in your April 2019 salary.
The agreed pay was as follows:
- All NewGRID team member pay ranges and pay points will be increased by 3% fully consolidated and pensionable from 1st April 2019.
- A further £150 fully consolidated, pensionable increase to those on Workforce 2020 pay rates from 1st April 2019. (Pro-rated for part-timers)
- Those allowances that automatically increase in line with the pay review have also been increased by 3% from 1st April 2019.
With the current Retail Prices Index at 2.5% this represents an excellent, above inflation rise for our members and is in the top 25% of current UK settlements.
