OPS NOTE: POSTAL WORKERS PICKET LINES FOR PRESS

The Communication Workers Union (CWU) are directing the press to its Whitechapel picket lines this Friday (26^th August).

CWU General Secretary Dave Ward will be present on the East London picket at E1 1AA from 6.30am onwards, and will be available for interviews and comment.

The strike involves 115,000 postal workers, and is set to be not only the biggest strike of the summer, but one with the greatest

Please note that this is the strike related to the ballot related to pay, rather than terms and conditions.
