Postal March 30 2017Please find attached a copy of the Four Pillars of Security petition which was previously circulated to all CWU Representatives. Since the briefing we have had many requests for additional copies of the petition from, which you can now download and print, using the link below and photocopy as well.
To recap, the aim of the petition is to encourage as many members as possible to add their signatures to the petition and indicate their support for the stand that the union is making on their behalf to deliver the four pillars agenda, a pension solution for all, shorter working week, extension of our legally binding agreement and a re-designed Pipeline.
We need to get as many members as possible to sign the petition in every unit / office across the UK so we can demonstrate to management the strength of feeling and support for the union’s position. To be clear it was never the intention to have one petition sheet per unit and that the expectation is that branches would photocopy sufficient sheets to capture every member in any particular unit. Against that backdrop if any unit does not have the facilities to reproduce the required number of sheets please contact your branch secretary to assist.
Please help your union to show the business just how our members feel by encouraging as many members as possible to sign the petition and then return completed form to the DGS(P) Department at the following address: 150 The Broadway, Wimbledon, SW19 1RX.
