CWU Reaches Deal With Royal Mail – Agreement enclosed

The pay rise is backdated until October not April because but at 5% smashes all other companies out there.
The vast majority of our members will see no change to their finish times – an incredible achievement when you consider RM wanted 5pm last letter.
We’ve secured one pension scheme for every member. This is groundbreaking.
We have taken time for the working week which will protect FT jobs and give every PT member a pay rise.
We have secured all our agreements and legal protects until 2022.
