BT Enterprise (Former B&PS Part) – Field & Control Grading and Operating Model – Branch Forum 15th January 2019
You will recall from LTB 575/18 that we have been in discussions with management for a number of weeks now on a proposed New Operating Model which management intend to bring into Field and Control activities in BT Enterprise Field Services.
There will be a Special BT Enterprise (Former B&PS Part) Branch Forum in Conference Room 3 at CWU Headquarters on 15th January at 11.00 Hrs.
There will be one agenda item only; Update on BT Enterprise – Field Services Operating Model and Grading. The Acting Director of Field Services, Robin Butler, will be attending and he will outline in the first session at 11.00Hrs, management’s plans and rationale. He will then leave so that the team can take any feedback from branches.
Attendance will be on the basis of one per branch but if branches wish to bring a Field or Control Engineer with them, please ensure that you provide us with their names so that security passes can be arranged.
Almost all TFS Branches will have members who will be affected by the proposals and we expect all branches with members working in Business Field Services or in the Business field controls to attend. These proposals do not affect the former BT Wholesale & Ventures Field Groups who are now also in BT Enterprise.
