ROYAL MAIL: PATHWAY TO CHANGE AGREEMENT – DELIVERING THE SHORTER WORKING WEEK FOR LA GRADES IN OPERATIONS
Branches are advised that we have now concluded all of our Pathway to Change Shorter Working Week Agreements for Business Units/Corporate Centre/Group for our Admin members. These include:
- Address Management Unit
- Customer Experience
- Downstream Access
- Finance Services
- HR Strategy & Services
- MDEC
- National Returns Centre
- Special Events, Assets & Peak Planning
- Stamps & Collectibles
In respect of LAs designated to Operations and therefore attached to Mail centres or Delivery Offices, the National Agreement reached means these members are aligned to the OPGs and therefore should receive the Shorter Working Week benefit simultaneously to the uniform grades in their workplace. This includes those LAs working in Revenue Protection.
