BT PENSIONS – 2018 Pension Review – Pensionable Allowances
As part of the 2018 Pension Review Agreement there were a number of allowances that became pensionable within the BTRSS and the Hybrid Schemes. These were:-
- Shift
- Night attendance premium (within standard hours)
- Outside broadcast (team members only)
- Sunday within standard hours (team members only)
The allowances will be backdated to April 2019. Please find attached a copy of the company’s briefing and I would be grateful if Branches could inform members of the agreed changes.
Any enquiries from Branches regarding this LTB should be referred to my office in the first instance.
