CWU Statement on Sexual Harassment

When attending 150 The Broadway or any related CWU event, the following is intended for the groups named below:

• CWU members
• Suppliers
• Contractors
• Agency staff
• Representatives from the organisation that the CWU represents members in

The CWU believes that having a culture that is diverse, equitable and inclusive is core to everything that we strive to achieve and to the organisational environment we wish to protect.

The CWU we will actively prevent and tackle sexual harassment by creating working environments that supports and empower staff to report incidences of unwanted sexual behaviours.

Sexual harassment of staff will not be tolerated and will be addressed accordingly.
