Pay Review 2019 – Ballot Arrangements – TUPE Population
Dear Colleague
Further to briefing No. 010/2019 and 015/2019 I can now confirm the arrangements for the ballot of Capita O2 Contract members (TUPE population) on the 2019 pay offer as follows:
- Papers will be dispatched to home addresses from 18 April 2019.
- Ballot closes on 08 May 2019. Papers must be returned to be received by this date or will not be counted.
The offer is as follows:
- 2% across the board consolidated increase on pay and allowances for the TUPE population in the Preston Brook and Leeds ABC sites.
- Backdated to 01 January 2019
The CWU Negotiating team believe this is the best offer that can be achieved through negotiation.
