Monday 15th December 2025 is National Postal Workers Day, an event held annually to promote the fantastic work that Communication Workers Union (CWU) members do all year round.
Every day, postal workers up and down the country go the extra mile to make sure that people receive their post and that every community keeps connected.
The need to celebrate the work of these workers has particular importance in the Christmas period, and while Royal Mail Group is attempting to embark on workplace changes that are seeing services damaged across the UK – and with morale of postal workers lower than ever.
