Womens rights in the workplace
The CWU promotes a positive agenda around women’s issues. It elects an NEC Women’s Lead whose primary purpose is to highlight women’s issues with the Union’s NEC (National Executive Council). The CWU also holds a number of events which are designed to develop awareness on women’s issues in the workplace and wider society.
