2019 Branch Young Workers Reps/Officers Forum
This is to advise branches that the 2019 Branch Young Workers Reps/Officers Forum will take place on 13/14 June 2019 at CWU HQ, 150 The Broadway, Wimbledon, SW19 1RX.
The event will commence at 13:00 on the 13th and close at 13:00 on the 14th – an agenda will be shared shortly. We are aiming to create a dynamic and educational forum for young workers. Areas to be covered include the role of the Young Workers Officer, industrial and political sessions, housing, knife crime and communications.
All attendees’ costs to attend would have to be met by the branch. If your branch is able to send delegates please email Marcia Murray mmurray@cwu.org so we can make sure everyone is accounted for.
I would strongly urge every single CWU branch to send a delegation to this event and we will be working with our Regional Secretaries to maximise attendance.
