TSC was formed in 1994 with a vision to provide best-in-class contact centre services and technology solutions. Since then, TSC has expanded quickly to create nine contact centres throughout Scotland, bringing employment to rural communities.
In 2005, TSC moved into England with
the acquisition of it's Dearne Valley operation. TSC also has
partnerships with two major offshore organisations: Transworks in
India and the Dialogue (CHK SP) Group in South Africa.
