We represent people who work in a number of HeroTSC contact centres all over the UK. Our members work on a variety of contracts both outbound and inbound calls and shift work.
As the biggest union in the communications industry, we use our experience from across the UK to make workplaces safer and drive up standards. We campaign on issues affecting call centres and take your concerns and opinions to management, industry leaders and politicians.
Problems at work
Our experienced reps can give you independent advice when it comes to performance management, targets or attendance procedures. We can help members with pay discrepancies and holiday issues as well as threats of redundancy and bullying or harassment at work. Job security and better workplaces are our priority for members.
As a member, we can represent you in grievances and disciplines, presenting your case and advising you throughout. Our trained reps can also help with call centre- specific health and safety issues, for example acoustic shock and repetitive strain injury (RSI).
