Trained union members working in Talk Talk represent staff in contact centres, from customer services advisors to account managers and broadband consultants as well as service technicians and network and business engineers. We have members in contact centres and supply depots across the UK as well as mobile or home-based staff working as field managers or engineers.
We share experiences from throughout the mobile industry and use our experience to make workplaces safer and drive up standards. We campaign for positive change on issues raised by members and provide support throughout local and national campaigns. Union membership brings about a positive and constructive influence to people's working lives.
Problems at work
As a member, we can represent you in grievances, hearings or fact find meetings. We can also help you with performance management issues and advise on problems surrounding shift patterns, inconsistent delivery of holiday and promotion, lunch breaks or job role changes.
