Solent
Solent Branch is a merged branch representing engineering, clerical and PTS members. The Branch has 1500 members in BT, Romec, Royal Mail, Manpower, Virgin Media, Monteray and many other companies. Solent branch covers Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.
Solent Branch has a union learning centre, The Learning Exchange, in Bournemouth and plans to open another in Southampton shortly.
Current campaigns: Recruitment, International solidarity with our sister branch in the Phillipines, Campaign against BNP.
