With well over 100,000 members working in this part of the Royal mail business, it remains the single largest group of members within the CWU.
As reports of bullying and harassment are on the rise we're
asking you to tell us about your experience so we can put a stop to
this kind of behaviour. Please complete the

address on the survey or email outdoorsecretary@cwu.org.
All issues affecting the daily working lives of our members working in deliveries are the responsibility of the Outdoor Department.
As in all cases, your local CWU Branch or Workplace Representative should be your first port of call, as they are in a much better position to deal with local issues.
