Research Department Staff
The Research Department consists of the following members of staff:
Natalie Jacottet: Head of Research
The Head of Research has overall responsibility for the work of the
department.
Andrew Towers: Researcher
Deals mainly with Royal Mail and Post Office Ltd.
Pauline Granstan: Researcher
Deals mainly with Logistics, Parcelforce and equal opportunities
issues.
Ian Wingfield: Researcher
Deals mainly with telecoms and financial services.
Ian Cook: Information Manager
Has overall responsibility for the maintenance and development of
the CWU Library and internal documentation collection.
Suzanne Moczko: Personal Assistant
Provides administrative and secretarial support to the Information
Manager.
Sharron Willis: Document Management Co-ordinator
and Department Personal Assistant
Has responsibility for the day-to-day running of the internal
documentation collection and is the first point of call when
requesting CWU documents.
