Royal Mail Customer Experience
Members in Customer Services deal with customer queries and complaints across Royal Mail and its business units. Predominately, they deal with queries and delays on packet deliveries, special deliveries and recorded mail. Most of these members work in call centres across the country.
Recently, a revised national Rewarding Skills Agreement has been agreed with Customer Services. This gives our members new opportunities to achieve appropriate financial and professional recognition for their valued contribution to the success of the business.
As in all cases, your local CWU Branch or Workplace Representative should be your first port of call, as they are in a much better position to deal with local issues.
