Post Office Ltd (POL)

0Members in Post Office Ltd (POL) are looked after by Andy Furey, Assistant Secretary.

Nicola Marshall & Lorna Pearson are the Policy Advisors for the department.

Members in POL are responsible for staffing the counter operation in Crown Post Offices - serving customers on the counter, selling financial products and serving customers in the PostShops. There are also administrative posts within the company who undertake any administrative work in relation to POL.

We have recently succeeded in reaching a new Sales Incentive Scheme (SIS) which gives our members the opportunity to increase their earnings potential, with no limit on how much they earn. This agreement is a 'Crown Office Team based scheme' lasting for two years and is a considerably enhanced scheme in comparison to the previous SIS.
