The National Return Centre is located in Belfast and staffed by Administration Grades. The function of the Unit is to deal with all undeliverable mail items and return them where possible to the original poster.
Members working in National Return Centre are represented by Andy Furey Assistant Secretary who is supported at CWU HQ by his Policy Advisors Nicola Marshall and Lorna Pearson.
As in all cases, your local CWU Branch or Workplace Representative should be your first port of call, as they are in a much better position to deal with local issues.
