Leading the Way - Agreement between BT Retail & CWU
Leading the Way is
a jointly negotiated initiative which aims to address the CWU's
concerns about the working conditions of and the management
attitudes towards the 9,000 strong BT Retail customer service
adviser population.
The agreement is intended to benefit all our members whether
employed on a BT contract or an agency contract, through a more
supportive and understanding leadership style, and through
improvements in the many aspects of dealing with requests for
change to hours worked and managing individual performance.
