ISS-Eaton
The Officer with the
responsibility for the Catering members on the O2
Contract, employed by ISS - Eaton is Sally Bridge,
Assistant Secretary, and she supported by Sandra
Walmsley (T&FSE member).

In October 2007 Eurest wrote to the CWU advising formally that with
effect from the 11 January 2008 Eurest would no longer have
responsibility for providing the catering services within
O2 and that after an in-depth tendering process the
contract had been awarded by O2 to ISS-Easton.
This was concluded in early October 2008 and at that time it was
confirmed that ISS-Eaton would provide future catering services to
O2 in-house.
O2 currently has catering arrangements and the CWU has
members working for ISS-Eaton at the O2 Bury Contact
Centre, O2 Preston Brook, O2 Wellington
Street, O2 Skypark, O2 Bath Road,
O2 Brunel Way and O2 Buckingham Avenue.
The TUPE transfer took place for all former Eurest employees on the
11 January 2008 with an agreement on the transfer of the terms and
conditions. The CWU Recognition Agreement also transferred and we
have already concluded one round of pay bargaining with the
company.
