The Communication Workers
Friendly Society (CWFS) offers a range of insurance services. The
CWFS was founded by Post Office trade unionists one hundred years
ago and was part of the union until legislation determined that
there had to be greater independence. It remains an integral part
of the CWU and is run as an entirely non-profit making service.

Unfortunately over the years CWFS have lost contact with members that are no longer employed by Royal Mail or British Telecom. CWFS has details of members who have moved and not claimed their maturity payments or who have money owing to them on policies that have closed.
