Members working in HWDC are represented by Martin Collins, Assistant Secretary who is supported at CWU HQ by his Policy Advisor Chris Bennett and two secretarial staff Alison Corbett and Dawn Altaf. Martin is also assisted by Phil Browne, Joe Malone, and Pete Keenlyside from the Postal Executive.

HWDC is the National Processing Centre for Royal Mail's International Traffic, and is responsible for the majority of the international mail Import and Export Operation following the concentrations from the Offices of Exchange at Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Reading, London and Dover. There is however still part of the international operation currently retained in London at Mount Pleasant.

As in all cases, your local CWU Branch or Workplace Representative should be your first port of call, as they are in a much better position to deal with local issues.
