Business Services (formerly P&ODS) are looked after by Andy Furey, Assistant
Secretary.
Nicola Marshall & Lorna Pearson are the Policy Advisors for the department.
Our members in HR Services, formerly People and Organisational Development, deal with HR related issues, recruitment and contracts on behalf of Royal Mail Group. They are based in Sheffield and Chesterfield.
As in all cases, your local CWU Branch or Workplace Representative should be your first port of call, as they are in a much better position to deal with local issues.
