Geoban
The CWU is the recognised Union for Geoban staff in Bands 1 to 3 at Bootle and Carlton Park, Leicester. Geoban provides back office support functions to Santander UK. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Santander.
The Union has full collective bargaining rights for all staff in Bands 1 to 3.We also have expereiced representatives who can deal with grievance and discipline cases for staff in any Band.
