Our members

We represent all workers in Everything Everywhere, whether you are mobile in the field, work in a call centre, shop, office or from home. We have members in support services, sales, retail, as well as customer service advisor and sales agent roles.

We share experiences from the mobile industry across the UK and use our experience to make workplaces safer and drive up standards. We campaign on issues affecting the mobile industry and take your issues and opinions to management, industry leaders and politicians.

Problems at work

Our experienced reps can give you independent advice when it comes to performance management or capability management issues, sickness absence or unrealistic targets. We can also help members through consultation and redundancy procedures as well as helping you if you experience inconsistent management style, bullying or harassment at work.

As a member, we can represent you in grievances, disciplines (including sickness absence management), fact find, and through any stage 1, 2, or 3. We can also help you with action plans or PIPs as part of performance management.

Across Orange and T-Mobile sites our members have set up workplace committees to help support members and help build the union. If you would like to find out more or get more involved in building the union where you work contact your local rep or organiser.
