BT Innovate and Design
BT Innovate and Design coordinates IT and network capabilities and platforms to support all the market facing units. It is also responsible for BT's business systems and processes, such as billing and managing customer records. Many of these depend on software based systems. BT Innovate and Design also supports the design and delivery of new products and services of the market facing units. It is across this diverse range of activities that our members are involved in delivering excellent service to BT's internal and external customers.
