Birmingham
The Birmingham Branch was formed by the successive mergers of Birmingham Internal with Birmingham Testing, Fujitsu Birmingham, Birmingham Power and Birmingham External Branches. The Branch is in the Telecoms Engineering Constituency of the CWU.
The branch has over 1600 members who work for BT Wholesale, BT Global, BT Retail, Openreach, Telewest, Monteray, Fujitsu, Greenwoods, Royal Mail Processing, RoMEC, Computercenter and a great many others. It has a very active Retired Members Section who meet on a quarterly basis.
Branch Meetings are held monthly on the second Tuesday of every month. Throughout 2009 they are being held in the Old Royal PH, Church St. Birmingham. B3 2DP
