BT Pay ballot timetable opens
Following the CWU’s negotiated settlement with BT on pay for Team Members who are NewGRID grades and Loyalty Advisor agents, the BT Committee is recommending the pay offer to members in a consultative ballot.

CWU has today (Monday) written to Telefonica o2 boss Ronan Dunne asking him to clear up the rumours which are running through o2 call centres today regarding outsourcing

Deal reached on BT pay of 2.8% plus £200
Following difficult and protracted negotiations, the CWU has secured a final pay offer from BT of 2.8% plus a pensionable £200 lump sum. The offer will be put to members in a ballot and if accepted will be paid in June salaries.
