Letter from Claire Horton, Chief Executive Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, 1st September 2011

There are several ways you can support the CWU Bite Back campaign.

Sign the e-petition:

If more than 100,000 signatures are collected on the Prime Minister's official website it would force a House of Commons debate and put pressure on the Government to deliver on its assurances and overhaul dog laws and bring forward new legislation in the Queen's Speech.

Members of the public can sign the petition by logging on to HM Government e-petitions.

Please write to your MP and ask them to sign Early Day Motion 1202.

You can contact your MP through http://www.writetothem.com/

If you are a CWU member, please contact your branch or safety rep to tell them if you have encountered a dangerous dog during work.
