The CWU Assistant Secretary, Sally Bridge, is the National Officer that has responsibility for COLT on terms and conditions of employment and Sally is supported by Gary Heather.

COLT Telecommunications also has licenses to operate in Germany, France, Switzerland, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Italy, Ireland, Sweden and Portugal.
A Recognition Agreement
was signed with COLT in May 2006 which covers all non-management
grades employed in Network Operations.
