iPSL
The CWU represents non-managerial staff working for Intelligent Processing Solutions Ltd (iPSL) in Bootle on Merseyside.
iPSL is the main processor of cheques in the UK, with around 70% of the market share. iPSL is a U.K. joint venture created by Unisys, Lloyds TSB, Barclays and HSBC.
