In the early 90's, the CWU secured a Recognition Agreement with Compass (Eurest) for those members at that time working on the BT Contract.
Since then the Recognition Agreement has been extended to cover those catering grade 1 employees on the following contracts:
- BT
- Accenture HR Services
- O2
- ClientLogic

Eurest Pay Review 2009 - BT Contract - Yarnfield Park Contract and Dundee SITEL Contract - Result of Ballot
We are pleased to advise you that following a consultative exercise the CWU membership have voted overwhelmingly to accept the final and definitive offer of 2%.
A formal letter has now been sent to Eurest confirming the outcome of the ballot and seeking confirmation that the uplift and arrears will be made in December's salary.Any queries should be addressed to Sally Bridge, Assistant Secretary, at sabridge@cwu.org
