BT Property
The lead officer for BT Property is Colin O'Callaghan. Colin is supported by an elected NEC team, Gerry Ryan, Nick Darbyshire, Julia Upton, Jean Knight, Brendan O'Brien and Gus Alleyne.

BT Property is BT's property management arm. It manages the relationship with Telereal Trillium and with Monteray. BT co-ordinates group-wide property related initiatives. Examples are the "mothballing" and "darkened sites" projects. It is also responsible for driving BT's agility initiatives in relation to the usage of the BT estate (hot desking etc.)
